Skiathos Stone Villas is a newly built complex of two independent villas with sea view available for rent from May 2024. Surrounded by olive trees it is located in the area of Vigles, overlooking the Aegean Sea, Skiathos town and the areas around. This is a perfect location just 1 Km from Skiathos Port and 4 Km to Xanemos beach.
Each villa has a 90 square meters indoor living space, a 25 square meters outdoor living space with a 25 square meters private pool which makes a wonderful bridge between the home and the natural world.
Villa Rochelle and Villa Elpis are elegantly decorated and can each villa can accommodate up to 4 people. It consists of two bedrooms (one master with an ensuite bathroom), both air conditioned, one shared bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room and a dining area.
