This uniquely located estate comprises four independent units that offer various indoor and outdoor accommodations that assure the residents’ privacy and independence, while fulfilling any desire for gathering and fun. The indoors features large spaces, with many openings that allow ample light and amazing sea views, 6 bedrooms – 2 of which have independent entrances – two spacious living and dining areas and two fully equipped kitchens, one of which is fully renovated. A vintage, “old school” interior design creates an intimate and comfortable habitat.
The large swimming pool outside the main house is surrounded by various shaded and not shaded lounging areas with bamboo furniture and sun beds. Large trees create a beautiful and serene atmosphere, while the sea views are breathtaking. A large marble dining table on a pergola shaded terrace that can sit up to 12 guests is the perfect spot for gathering and dining any time of the day.
