The villa looks out over Achladies bay, located on the south coast of Skiathos at only 4 kilometres from Skiathos town. The view from the apartment which face the sea is breathtaking and the sandy beach of Achladies is a few minutes walk down the footpath. It can be reached from the island’s main road at a distance of 6 km from Skiathos town and 7 km from the airport.
The ground floor is an open plan sitting/dining room with a spacious fully equipped kitchen, guest bathroom, fireplace niche and a very large 80m2 veranda with a built-in stone BBQ. The view is stunning and the Villa south-facing.
The first floor has three bedrooms with each with en-suite bathrooms. All three bedrooms come out onto a wide balcony overlooking the veranda and the panoramic view. Lastly, there is a small utility area located on the first floor, housing a washing machine and tumble dryer. The breathtaking sea view from the veranda is perfect for breakfast or relaxing as the sun sets!
There is a convenient bus stop right outside the house, with adequate parking spaces available for those with cars and there is also a regular boat taxi from Achladies beach that runs into Skiathos Town.
