The 12000 m2 private property is planted with cypress, pine trees fragrant bushes bougainvillea, jasmine and geraniums. It can be reached from the island’s main road at a distance of 8 km from Skiathos town and 9 km from the airport.
Few steps from the front veranda lead to a small “private” beach which offers privacy even in the high season of August. Its proximity (within 5 minutes walk) to Vromolimnos beach, one of Skiathos most beautiful beaches offers its guests the choice of lounging under an umbrella with drinks or snacks from the beachside bar and restaurant. There is also a small water sports center offering numerous possibilities for guests to practice water sports.
The house with its vast verandas offers magnificent views over the sea and combines traditional comfort in complete privacy as this vast property has no near neighbours. It can accommodate up to 10 people in its 5 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms as well as 2 outdoors showers. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped and meals can be enjoyed in the adjoining veranda with views of the sea.
