Villa Dream is a three level luxury villa surrounded by a wonderful garden and every rooms offer spectacular views to the azure waters of the Aegean Sea. This magnificent villa with spectacular views is located in a quiet area on Katsarou hill. It can be reached from the island’s main road at a distance of 5 km from Skiathos town and 7 km from the airport.
In the main entrance of the villa, on the ground floor, there is a spacious open plan living room with a spacious kitchen, a visitor’s WC and finally a large veranda with sitting area and dining table with an astonishing view of the Aegean Sea.
The voluminous outside area indulges the guests with its private swimming pool, a stunning Barbeque, a sitting and dining area surrounded by a well-kept garden.
On the first floor, there are three bedrooms with ceiling fan and their own private bathrooms. All the rooms have a balcony overlooking the magnificent view of the surrounding nature and the deep blue of the vast Aegean Sea.
The lower level has its own private entrance and features three bedrooms with ceiling fan and with their own bathroom, a living room, a kitchenette and a laundry room. Also it has direct access to the garden and to a parking area.
