Villa Green is located in the beautiful, tranquil area of Agios Dimitrios and is capable of accommodating up to 8 people. Whilst sharing the same private plot, villa Green and villa Blue with its own private swimming pools are cleverly designed to enjoy complete privacy from each other. Villa Green offers both privacy and serenity away from the island’s bustling spots and it can be reached from the island’s main road at a distance of 3.5 km from Skiathos town and 4.5 km from the airport.
Villa Green consists of two floors connected by an internal stairway. On the ground floor this villa has 4 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms, equipped with an individually adjustable air conditioning and sliding doors that open up onto the pool area.
On the second floor there is a spacious living room with fireplace, a dinning area, a fully equipped open plan kitchen and a bathroom with WC. It also includes two balconies offering panoramic views of the Aegean Sea and direct pool access.
