Villa Ilios is located in the beautiful, tranquil area of Kalivia and is capable of accommodating up to 6 people. The villa offers both privacy and serenity away from the island’s bustling spots and it can be reached from the island’s main road at a distance of 3 km from Skiathos town and 4 km from the airport.
Villa Ilios consists of two floors connected by an internal stairway. To the lower level there are 3 bedrooms equipped with an individually adjustable air conditioning, one en-suite and one shared bathroom. All bedrooms offer access to the pool and garden.
On the second floor there is a spacious living room with fireplace, high wooden ceiling, a dinning area, a fully equipped open plan kitchen, a bathroom with WC and a covered balcony offering panoramic views of the Aegean Sea.
