Villa Irus sits right on the shoreline of the Kanapitsa bay. The villa offers both privacy and serenity away from the island’s bustling spots as well as an easy access to all the key sites. It can be reached from the island’s main road at a distance of 6 km from Skiathos town and 7 km from the airport.
The property offers a fantastic sea view and a private path that leads to a semi-private sandy beach within 3 minutes walking distance: this is as close as you can get to having your own little piece of the Aegean shoreline. The view from the veranda is breathtaking and you can see the island of Tsougria right in front of you. A bus stop is located right outside the villa; all sites are just a few minutes away without the need of renting a car.
The main villa has two bedrooms which can accommodate 4 persons and a fully equipped kitchen so that you can cook for a large family; the living area is connected to a dining room with sea view. The Villa Irus also offers 2 quiet and independent studios with a sea view veranda which can accommodate 4 persons in total.
